About US
We built Triathlon And More to share the lessons, gear, and stories that make this sport so addictive. From training and nutrition to race recaps and life between finish lines, our goal is to help you get more out of triathlon and to connect with a community chasing the same journey.
I fell in love with triathlon after my first race in 2021. What started as “just trying it once” quickly became an obsession. My results have not always kept pace with my ambitions, but the sport has given me something far bigger: a way to test my limits, a structure that keeps me healthy, and a better shot at being an active dad and husband for years to come.
TAM is where we share that pursuit: the highs and lows of racing, advice from experts, the nutrition and training experiments, and the gear that works (and the stuff that doesn’t). It is also where we hope to hear from you. Because triathlon is not just swim, bike, run. It is community. It is health. It is life between finish lines.
We will be experimenting with podcasts, videos, blogs, maybe even merch. Your feedback will shape what TAM becomes. If you have any suggestions or comments, please click contact below and shoot us a note. We’d love to hear from you. And if you’re on Instagram or Facebook, please tag us in your pictures so we can share in your journey too.
Thanks for being here. Let’s see where this goes, together.

Mount Tam
We’re based in Marin County, California, at the foot of Mount Tamalpais, or simply Mount Tam. At 2,571 feet, it’s the tallest peak in the county, with trails, redwoods, foggy climbs, and sweeping views of the Pacific and San Francisco Bay. It’s also a playground for runners, cyclists, and outdoor athletes of every kind.
For us, Mount Tam is more than a landmark. It inspires our name, our mindset, and our training. I ride it often, and it reminds me why endurance sports matter: challenging, humbling, and rewarding. Just like triathlon itself.
